The Secret about Goodnights.

I have a secret to tell you.
It's about my life.
Are you ready to hear?
Listen closely!
My life is amazing!

Okay, not much of a secret.
But tonight as I was brushing my teeth, me and my two best friends all called out "Goodnight! Love you!" from separate rooms in the apartment. It was like a scene from a movie where they show the outside of a house and as each member of the family says goodnight, their light shuts off. It's not like this is the first night that's happened in our apartment. Actually, it's happened almost every night for the past 3 years. Our goodnights even include our pets, our stuffed animals, our inanimate objects, you know, the norm.

I guess what I'm trying to say here is that I'm simply blessed. My friends are amazing. Yes, they get on my last nerve sometimes (yes, ladies, you really do). But our little disagreements can usually be solved with a "Sorry I was whack." and a hug. They make me laugh, they make me cry, they make me stronger, and I honestly believe they've helped make me into a better person.

And my best friends aren't the only people in my life who are amazing. Have I told you about my family? Goodness gracious, those people! I actually just wrote an entire paragraph about how cool my mom and brother are, but then deleted it because this post is getting to long and I'm really just rambling! I'll do a post on them later. But to sum it up: they're really cool people.

Anyway, bloggers. I'm hoping to start posting more regularly. I have a lot I want to say, just not a lot of time to say it. Stick with me though. I've got some good stuff coming up. (And some chances for us to be real friends.)

Goodnight, my friends.

Very sweet post--I wish I could say the same about all of the roomates I've had...I've only had about 6 that I can say I actually got along with and learned a great deal from...those were good times and I really miss them! What great memories you'll have for the rest of your life--and those disagreements will make you giggle in the years to come. Love this post!
