DIY Bird Art

Have you seen that cute canvas art at target? The one with all the little birdies sitting on a wire?

Well, I love it.
And I wanted something similar to hang above my bed in the new apartment, so I decided to make it myself!

I started off with 3 canvases. I used these last year in my dorm, but I didn't want the letters anymore (and they dont match my color scheme) so I decided to reuse them for this project!

I spray painted two of them completely white, and one completely black.

I drew out some birds...

I cut them out, then glued them onto the canvas, along with a strip of paper as a wire.

Then I spray painted the entire canvas again, and peeled off the birds and the wire....

And there you have it!
