Guest Blogger: Together for the Better

Aloha!
I'm Candace from together for the better.
When Mel asked me to guest post on her darling blog, I was so excited! I just discovered the wonderful world of blogging this past year and I absolutely love all of the fabulous people I've been able to meet.
So with that being said, let me begin the introductions:

And this is where we live.

I'm 20 years old and I'm living a life even more wonderful than I could have ever asked for.  I'm a firm believer in opportunities.  I've made a lot of choices in my life, some good, some bad, and I feel so fortunate to have had my choices lead me to such a fairytale life.  Of course my life is not perfect though.  Some days it is chaotic and busy and leaves me more than just a little tired.  But every night as I reflect on my day, I am reminded of all the things I have to be grateful for. And then I remember that it's important to have fun in life. But if you're anything like me, you understand that sometimes stress can get in the way.  Yes, stress can be motivating sometimes, but it can also be extremely draining.  But I've learned a lot of lessons about managing stress lately, and I think I can wrap it up in three sentences: 1) The dishes don't always have to be done, 2) You don't have to get an A on every test, and 3) It's okay to be wrong sometimes.

Sometimes you just need to enjoy the little things.

Have a little fun.

And enjoy life with those that you love.

If you're interested in tagging along with my island adventures, lessons in marriage, cooking successes and disasters, and my various other ramblings, come checkout my blog, together for the better.  I'd love to meet you!  Have a fabulous day everyone!  Thanks again Mel!
