Blushing

You know how there are those certain bloggers who everyone knows about? The ones who when you see them on your feed you automatically go to their post and read? The ones who everyone follows (because we're all stuck in a blog clique, as my friend, Linsey likes to say). I know you know what I mean.

Anyway, back to the point. One of those "Famous" bloggers, Vintch has been on my love list lately. Her posts are always so inspirational and thoughtful. And guess what?! She gave me an award! I literally blushed when I she told me she tagged me.  It's called the Honest Scrap award. The rules are to write 5 facts about yourself then send it along.

Instead of 5 facts about herself, this lovely girl decided to write about her 5 favorite books. So instead of doing 5 facts about me, I've decided to do 5 of my favorite memories along with pictures :) Sound fun? Here we go...

ONE

Roomie Dinners. These girls have been with me through the ups and the downs of the past year and a half. They are amazing people and I know for sure that God has put them in my life for a reason. I can't wait until we grow up, get married, and have babies at the same time (and then our kids will be best friends!)

TWO

This is the day I got my tattoo. Notice the fear in my eyes. I swear I almost threw up before we even left the apartment. I was lucky to have these two holding my hands and telling me that it looked great the whole time. My tattoo is very significant to me, and I don't know if these girls (along with my friend Jillian who isn't in this picture) will know how much it meant to me to have them there with me.

THREE

This picture represents a lot. The little girl is Callie. She's Mike and Charyl's daughter. Mike is the "leader" of InterVarsity (which if you keep up with me, you know is the Christian Organization I go to every Wednesday). Mike and Charyl have had more of an infulence on me than they will ever know, and their little girls bring happiness into my life :) As do all children! I love kids and can't wait to be a teacher so I can be around them all the time. But mostly I just can't wait to be a Mommy! God has put "Mommy" on my heart since I was a little girl playing with baby dolls. It's going to be amazing, as many of you Mommys out there already know!

FOUR

Swimming with dolphins! Not only was this an amazing experience that my Mom blessed my brother and I with, but it was a bonding experience for my brother and I. He and I have always been very close. I consider him one of my best friends. But since we don't see each other that often, we don't get to spend very much time together. This will always be one of those memories that we did together. It was so much fun, and I loved watching him get so excited! He's such a good big brother. He's so protective and sweet to me. Seeing him happy just makes me happy!

FIVE

Mommy time. She's the best. I love every second I get to spend with this woman. She's my rock. I don't know what I'd do without her love and support every day. This picture is from this Christmas, we got each other Christmas Jammies (a tradition I started last year that I'm pretty sure will carry on for a long, long time!) We had fun!

PASSING IT ON TO...

Can't wait to see what you lovely ladies have to say!
Thanks again, Vintch!
